Darrell Goldman released his new album titled, The Bed I’ve Made, in January, a heartfelt project he wrote and produced himself. Darrell’s not just some starry-eyed kid hoping to make it in the music biz. Instead, he’s a seasoned, serious performer with a passion for songwriting and touching people’s lives with music, “that magical something” he says, “that has a way of bringing people together like nothing else in the world. That’s what I love.”

Darrell grew up in Houston where he went to Katy-Taylor High School. He then attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, one of his favorite cities, next to Austin, TX that is, which he calls home. He also graduated with Honors from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2010.

Darrell has released 2 singles from The Bed I’ve Made,” Gypsy Rose,”and his new single, “Lookin’ for Love,” which, is currently in the top 50 on the Texas Regional Radio Charts and is set to release his 3rd single.

Darrell’s full life and complex thinking are reflected in many of his songs. The polished Country song, “Lookin’ for Love,” has a fun upbeat swing feel to it with a classic structure. His appreciation of faith and family are clear in “Hold On My Heart” and “In This Together.” “Gypsy Rose” is a song written for Darrell’s daughter and is a rockin’ country favorite. The title track, "The Bed I've Made" is the album's standout cut and is a song about the transitions in life.

Darrell performs all over Texas and has said that his music is often regarded as "thoughtful" by fans in the Texas capitol. Well, that is the understatement of the year. You see, there are several glimmers of brilliance in the album "The Bed I've Made" that make the listener understand that this album is no vanity project - it was a labor of love that has been thought about for many, many years. That makes Darrell Goldman's debut album a major surprise from a new Country music talent who may very well be leaving his own imprint on Country music with one very well made "bed."
